Warranty Policy & Procedures
We offer a 2-year warranty on all installations, reflecting our confidence in our impeccable service. Product warranties may vary from 2 to 5 years, 10 years, or even a lifetime, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Please note that both installation and product warranties exclude coverage for damages caused by natural events such as strong winds, hail, fires, lightning, or fallen objects resulting in fixture damage or breakage.
When submitting a warranty claim, we will initially request 5 detailed photos and 1 detailed video showing the physical condition and malfunction of the light. This approach allows us to better understand the issue and diagnose it more efficiently. If a remote resolution is not feasible, then we will contact you to schedule an inspection of the affected fixture. Rest assured, all warranty claims will be promptly addressed and resolved.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
Additionally, a Restocking and Delivery Fee will be charged if the cancellation is requested after materials have been ordered.
Materials are ordered between 1 PM and 2 PM on the business day following receipt of payment. This practice helps ensure our customers avoid incurring a Restocking and Delivery fee in case of unforeseen emergencies.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the initial cancellation request. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned to the credit card or bank account used for the initial payment. Please note that refunds cannot be issued to a different person, credit card, or bank account than the one used for the initial payment.
